Egyptian Gods VS Exodia: Exodia is the guardian of the Egyptian Gods. Therefore, the Gods themselves have to be stronger. I'm guessing the reason Exodia is in 5 pieces is because Pegasus wanted the God Cards to be playable. Exodia decks are are heavily reliant on brick free hands and a good Egytian God deck is hard to pull off. Let's say both decks at the pinnacle of potiential and as consistent as they come. Exodia just needs one turn of spam draw cards to deck out and win. Anime Exodia loses hard.

Exodia can refer to either a singular card or to a set of 5 cards. If you are referring to the singular card called Exodia the Forbidden One without the rest of the set, it's a 1000/1000 normal monster that can't even be treated as a normal monster for the purposes of effects.

Exodia is infinitely easier regardless of time period. I'm curious as to what would occur if Exodia was summoned against an Egyptian god card. Would the god be eliminated automatically? Or would the power of Exodia not suffice? Also, is Exodia an Egyptian god?

Exodia has no real relation to the Pharaoh or the god cards. It's just a monster that was sealed into multiple pieces because it was so powerful. Shimon also uses it to fight Zorc but that's it. He's most likely based on the egyptian god Osiris who was chopped into multiple pieces that got scattered across Egypt but in lore he's not a god.
